Mr. Autry is a graduate of St. John’s University, where he received a Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice. He then attended New York University School of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctorate. Mr. Autry is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey.

Mr. Autry began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney in Bronx, NY where he acquired extensive trial experience prosecuting various criminal matters. In 2003, Mr. Autry left the Bronx District Attorney’s Office and began expanding his legal career to include various aspects of Business and Healthcare Law.

Since 2003, Mr. Autry has represented general business entities including corporations, LLCs, LLPs, charitable and other tax exempt entities in various transactions, such as business formation, shareholder and employment agreements, document drafting and negotiation, regulatory compliance matters and general policy development.

Mr. Autry also gained vast knowledge in the healthcare arena.  He provides legal advice for several professional service corporations and limited liability companies, which were formed by physicians and other healthcare professionals.  He advises them on business formation, contract review, employment agreements, stock purchase and buy-sell agreements. He also keeps them abreast of changes to Healthcare legislation. 

Mr. Autry continues to have a vast client base, providing legal services in the areas of corporate, commercial, business, healthcare and criminal law.  He has developed a reputation among his peers as a legal strategist, who zealously represents the interests of his clients.
