Attorneys have also defended county entities against claims of discrimination filed before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).
Attorneys at the firm have acted as Assistant County Counsel for public entities and engaged in civil litigation, participated in hearings before the Office of Administrative Law, conducted departmental hearings involving employee disciplinary actions and drafted resolutions, ordinances, contracts and lease agreements on behalf of the various departments within the County.
